Who is Kaizen for? -

If you are a performing artist of any discipline

AND you want to grow & leave a powerful legacy, then Kaizen is for you!

 

What does Kaizen mean?
In Japanese, the definition of Kaizen is "improvement" and particularly, "continuous improvement"-- slow, incremental but constant.

 

Vision -
Kaizen Works' vision is to be the largest and most effective community in the world which is building up & nurturing artists of all disciplines, cultivating with them partnerships of untapped relationship & legacy all around the world.

 

Purpose -
To tap into the richness of artists'.

 

Philosophy & Values-
*There is a Creator and we are created by the Creator in whose image we are made and can co-create.

*What we are thinking about & feeling, we are aligning with and attracting. In other words, what we are focusing on, we will create.

*Every relationship is a partnership.

*We are all leaders.

*Partnering is an art.

*We are choosing in this very moment who will be our partners in community.

*Our 1st aim is compassion and love and comes from answering the question, "How does this opportunity nurture others and myself?"

*To confirm an opportunity is good for business and for a team member, we look at the mission of the opportunity. If joining this opportunity furthers a cause that aligns with our core values, it may be for us.

*It's the actions and choices of a person that are either are healthy or unhealthy, nurturing or not nurturing.

Goals

  • To be a part of a community of artists and a business network that sharpens me and also gives me opportunity to sharpen others.
  • To be accountable and grow from each experience I have in business and in the arts by having a coach/advisor/mentor for every aspect of my career.
  • To coach artists and leaders in the creation of community, wealth, respect, and networking.
  • To partner artists and leaders with others who are like minded to form a win win relationship.
  • To practice what I believe with such a powerful integrity that people will want to be a part of what I am creating.
  • To be paid well for what I do so that I can invest in projects that are life giving.
  • To be respected and sought after in my field by my colleagues and by those I work with - multiple projects with multiple people.
  • To be known as someone who nurtures and inspires artists and leaders in business who sharpen one another and create/build life-changing partnerships.
